	First Things First Before your dog's stay at Camp Scooby, please complete and fax the following forms to: 905-448-5917 • Client Information • Veterinarian Release • Client Waiver Your reservation will be confirmed within 24 hours upon receipt of the completed forms.

	Packing List Guests should pack light. Owners need to provide sufficient food and any necessary medication (with instructions) for their dog's stay at Camp Scooby. Your dog's toys and beds are not necessary. These will be provided at the camp, thus preventing loss of, or damage to, personal property.
